At Leessa, every project is manufactured within our state-of-the-art workshop in Welwyn Garden City, where craftsmanship, precision, and modern production come together. In 2025, we upgraded our machinery with advanced Homag equipment, reflecting our ongoing investment in quality and our commitment to producing work to the highest standard.
Our 10,000 sq ft facility allows us to carry out every stage of the process under one roof, with dedicated areas for cutting, preparation, spray finishing, assembly, and packaging, including two specialist spray rooms. This fully integrated approach gives us greater control over quality, efficiency, and consistency across every project.
From bespoke residential interiors, kitchens, and wine rooms to commercial joinery and full shopfitting for luxury brands, we manufacture a wide range of high-end work using materials such as wood, metal, glass, and stone. Supported by a highly skilled team, our workshop is equipped to deliver even the most complex projects with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.

We have our precise full time technician working alongside out joinery makers to create detailed drawings for client approval as well as workshop. This insures the items to be made to the highest standard of precision.
We stock our own paint and finishes and have our own Colour Lab. This allows us to mix our own colours, produce samples for our clients and execute jobs much faster faster, as the middle man supplier is cut out of the equation.
We have 2 x of the latest technology Spray Booths, which have a capacity to be able to spray 100m2 a day. Again this guarantees a flawless finish every-time, no outsourcing and allows us to fit to tighter deadlines.
